Snakes & Ladders 3.1

Snakes and Ladders is a classic and ancient board game originating from India. It is played by two or more players on a gameboard with numbered, gridded squares. The board features various "ladders" and "snakes" that connect specific squares. The objective of the game is to navigate your game piece, based on dice rolls, from the starting square to the finishing square, with the aid of ladders and obstacles of snakes.

HOW TO PLAY

The game is a straightforward race based purely on luck. Each player takes turns rolling the dice and advances their position on the board based on the number rolled. If a player rolls a 6, they have the opportunity to roll again.

If a player lands on the bottom square of a ladder, they can ascend to the corresponding top square. Conversely, if a player lands on the head of a snake, they must descend to the tail end of that snake.

The first player to reach the 100th position on the board is declared the winner. It's worth noting that if a player is on position 99, they can only win by rolling a 1 on the dice. Any numbers exceeding 100 are disregarded.
